Went out on a limb for reduced price irish cream flavour powder. Mistake. It's pretty ropey with water, and is not a flavour you relish for a morning shake. As a result protein intake has fallen precipitously. In future I'll stick to chocolate and vanilla.

Really good value for money and excellent taste. Mixes good with everything( water, milk, oats, yoghurt) and tastes delicious.

The Irish cream taste brilliant and there is no bad after taste,mixes very well to.No lumpy bits thank god.Have noticed I've made some gains using the Impact Whey Protein over the past few weeks.Would use again and recommend to any gym goers or athletes. Goes Well With: Pro milk vanilla flavour.
