Having just started a high protein diet, I was struggling to reach my protein goal daily so I tried out protein powder. It has helped me a lot and tastes really good with milk, it also helps me satisfy any craving I have for something sweet. Chocolate Brownie is my goto flavour. Really chocolatey taste... smooth, I personally don’t think it tastes overly ‘protein powder’ like - as I know a lot of people struggle with this. Mixes well with both, water and milk. Also mixes well into my oats and yogs. Great post workout shake or for getting my protein count up.
