Suggested Use

This is a high quality whey isolate protein which is pure compared to some other versions available, it is better i feel for leaner gains in muscle mass and for dieting phases due to being lower in fats and lactose / milk based sugar. This has a stronger taste in unflavoured vs regular whey concentrate so i would opt you go for a flavoured version e.g. such as the salted caramel or chocolate peanut butter, both of these have been great options which i have tried from the expansive range. I prefer isolates for post workout usage due to the fast rate of digestion this protein provides, if you are after an almost pure protein source which can aid in increasing your daily intake to allow for gains in lean muscle mass i recommend impact whey isolate.
