I have been combining this with protien as well as Creatine EE HCL. I have noticed a massive difference in the gym (and in front of the mirror!) lol.

"I've now been taking this product for 7 weeks ,it arrived 3 days after ordering it. I've been taking it alongside creatine monohydrate and while I was sticking to my diet i started getting ripped within 4-7 days noticeable difference,but the last 3 weeks over christmas i've stayed the same because i've ate like c*ap. But my strength has improved a lot over the full 7 weeks but thats probably due to the monohydrate. I recommend it but only if your going to eat sensibly."

it wont replace hard work and a good diet but it will reduce recovery time and breakdown a bit. As a review of MP - excellent the product in it's most basic form at the most competitive price with the least sci fi bullsh1t - well done. Taste - come on - any medicine that works has to taste bad.
