I have never had anything like this before. I have been using it for about an year now. Myprotein stays way ahead of its competitors in terms of quality and value for money. It offers a range of flavours that is more diverse than other competitors which provides something to suit anyone taste. I used to use the unflavoured version to start with and found it to be bearable and taste like watered down skimmed milk when mixed with water, then i went for chocolate mint and did not go back to unflavoured due to the quality of the flavour which does make this more enjoyable and easy to consume on a daily basis. This product mixes easily in a mixer master or wire ball shaker with around 200-300 ml of liquid per 50 grams of protein. It can also be used to make great low carb protein bars and protein cookies when combined with one ingredient which is the vitafiber syrup. Whey protein has been an aid in my muscular development allowing for me to have more improved recovery from workouts and be able to add more lean mass when bulking and preserve more muscle when dieting down to low bodyfat levels. For a bulking shake i recommend combining with some peanut or almond butter smooth and adding some instant oats and semi or full fat milk for the calories. I feel this product is well suited for gains in lean muscle mass due to it including multiple high quality protein sources from whey and milks based proteins, it also then uses maize and oats to provide complex quality carbs for more stable energy levels compared to some of the other mass gain supplements which are just crammed full of sugar and do not work well to promote lean gains. This product tastes nice in chocolate mint, i feel due to the amount per serving through this does require the use of a blender to mix smoothly.
