I'm very happy with this product

Bought these as my joints have been giving me a little bit of trouble, as I'm heading to my 40s and have been hitting the weights for many years now. My elbows have been the worst. Been on these around two weeks now and I have noticed a lot of improvement. The pain has not totally gone but it's a lot better and am able to start increasing the weight. Will be adding these to my must have supplement list from now on Goes Well With: BCCA's

Fantastic product that everyone should use! Could not do everything I do without it.

Haven't been using long enough to see a substantial difference yet. Easy to take tablets, may be slightly large for those who struggle with tablets. No taste or coating.

Product is very low in cost and a high serving size, especially if you use the recommended 1 tablet a day. Have minor aches in shoulders and arms but taking these tablets as made a difference and I have been using this product for around a year and will continue to do so, cheap and does what it says on the tub. Goes Well With: Hard work so that your joint's actually hurt. A good balanced diet.
