Well after a week of use (6 x 2 per day) I really think they are helping me lowering my calories intake. My routine is small protein breakfast, run slow for 7 miles, take 2 capsules at about 11 am, light lunch at 1 pm, 2 capsules around 4 pm, run, dinner at 6 pm, capsule at 8 pm. And repeat. So while I am low on energy due to calorie deficit, I don't get the cravings, it seems to fool/fill my stomach. So far so good after a week and no sign of crashing out of the diet.

I bought these and feel they work for me, I have them before my breakfast and dinner as I have a bad habit for snacking at night. From purchase, I have managed to lose 4 pounds with a mix of extra walking, eating in a calorie deficit and taking these!

Feels like its working, can feel abit of difference in my weight. And feel energetic after having this tablets
