Great product and highly affordable! It helps a lot during workouts and after workouts too! 

I've been living a low carb lifestyle for 4 years now and electrolytes is not optional. I only pop 4 of these tablets daily and I'm good to go! This product has the best amount of dosage out of all the products out there, with the best cost, and is easy to swallow. It might look big but its thin enough to swallow easier. I have recently been going back on to the Keto Diet and started to take these to help with Keto flu and the electrolyte unbalance. They are quite large tablets and you can taste the salt but they are still edible quickly. Goes Well With: A large drink of water.

These work fantastic for me. I run a lot and found I got headaches a few hours after very hard, very hot or very long runs. I drank water and sometimes some salt after my runs but this didn't really help. I started taking 2 of these tablets with water after my return from my runs and my headaches don't happen now. I will also take a couple of tablets with me (wrapped in cling film) for the end of marathons as I often get cramp at about 22 miles onwards. They are kind on your stomach and don't make you feel nauseous. Goes Well With: Water and Vegan clear protein drink.
