Brilliant source of protein. I mix 30g with around 180-200ml of water and then put in the microwave and gently cook. Creates an egg white just like on a fried egg. Goes well with some cheese Goes Well With: Cheese

I mix it with chocolate whey and have some before and after training. It makes the whey taste better Goes Well With: Whey protein isolate

Doesn’t taste very nice mixed with water but if you mix with sweetened almond milk it tastes fine. Been using this as I seem to be lactose intolerant and it’s also a Low fodmap so had no issues with this when I was on the Low fodmap diet. I find that it doesn’t mix as good as whey and can also stick to the walls of a blender, Besides that it’s been good and made some gains whilst using it. Goes Well With: Almond milk

Taste like sulfur(unflavoured) its very hard to mix as it fill the shaker with foam and stay there forever and in the end you just throw it away and loose a lot of the protein in it...
