these blueberries are very tasty, but i neglected to check the ingredients and assumed as they are from a health and fitness site that they were just dried blueberries. They are full of added sugar.

Another great product from MY PROTEIN !!! A small handful in the morning porridge or protein pancake mix and bland becomes a thing of the past. Yeah a bit more sugar than fresh Blueberries but everything in moderation and it's all much of a muchness.
