I regularly buy these shakes, my favourite is Choclate, I also ordered a few Vanilla but find Vanilla too sweet. Goes Well With: Almond milk

This is a great post workout shake for those looking to lose weight with added vitamins and minerals. However, the taste was not for me as it tastes too watery, goes better with milk. I prefer the protein blend meal replacement as this is a much thicker formula with either water or milk.
