These have really helped me kick start my diet process. Before using these I was hardly seeing any difference on the scales nor in real time. The scales have been reducing at a safe level & also I have noticed I have more energy & also don’t feel bloated! They don’t have a nasty taste either which is nice! I love food, and I find this product helps massively with appetite suppressant at times when I want to lose a little weight. I take 1 capsule in the morning and that is enough to get me through to lunch when I usually would be starving. I have not have problems with bloating etc (but am only taking 1 per day). Am finding it so helpful I'm buying another bottle.
