It's creatine. It works if you can force the things down your neck. My hoe era is long past but it stood me in good stead for taking these behemoths. Absolutely ridiculous size, they look like horse suppositories. Goes Well With: Water. The ability to be intubated without sedation.

Purchase easy. Arrived on time. Product fit for purpose however wondering why My Protein don't do this in capsule form. Would do away with all fillers & binders!

Extremely handy and easy to swallow before gym, much easier than having to drink the powder version. Also very affordable especially on a sale. Would definitely recommend!!
