I’m an 18 yo bb who thought he couldn’t swallow pills but after having these they are a great size to swallow and genuinely taste quite nice. Would 100% recommend Goes Well With: Water, nothing else I don’t think

Have had this product before but in powder form, much prefer the tablet form, I take this daily but have about half an hour before my workout on training days, I noticed a difference straight away I felt stronger and I’m having great workouts, can’t recommend this more 

When I run out of CEE for a couple of days, or cycle off, I really, really know about it. Energy drops, soreness gets worse, training at the same pace gets harder. Once I'm back on, performance increases, energy gets better, and there's less pain after heavy sessions. After trying a few different versions I'd say this is the most effective I've found so far. 6 pills per helping is a bit of a hassle but the payoff in energy and performance is definitely noticeable. Decided to do 2x 2 week phases with and without these CEE's maintaining the same 6 day per week weight training schedule whilst doing progressive overload with 1 day cardio. Noticed a big improvement when using, especially with recovery time. Don't taste that bad at all to be honest, and are not as big as some reviews make out. No loading phase needed which is great. Size and strength to be revisited as not been using long enough to comment properly. A great buy! Goes Well With: Water, plenty of!
