When I bought this I had 0 expectations even though the reviews are brilliant; I didn’t wanna get my hopes up. I’ve been taking it for about 2 weeks now and I’ve noticed that my skin has been really soft recently. Normally my skin is on the dry side, it’s not super dry but I always have to keep an eye on it because I sometimes get dry patches and stuff. But the last few days I’ve noticed my skin is really soft and even kind of glowing! I haven’t moisturised in about 5 days and it still remains soft. I strongly believe it’s because of this supplement. I’m really impressed so far, BUT I haven’t noticed any difference in hair yet hence why I’m not giving it 5 stars.

I've been taking these supplements now for ten days and already I can see a difference. My skin, particularly on my face, looks healthier and definitely has more of a glow to it. Ordered this as most collagen supps are pretty expensive. I've just been taking them for about 3/4 weeks, and I have to say my skin is starting to look fresher and glowy! So much so my 87 year old friend is now taking them, after years of using collagen that was far more expensive. Her hair, skin and nails are wonderful considering her age. Two very happy women!
