I have a sweet tooth that knows no limits. These didn't take that away with the regular dosage. I upped it since and did find to delayed the cravings somewhat. What they are good at is turning bad foods into good energy. Will continue to take and will review again.

Been using this as an alternative way to control my sugar intake, couldnt live without it now. My sweet tooth was so bad i found myself picking at food all day and also a binge eating problem. Only been taking these supps for one week but they have worked exactly how I wanted them to already! I have a massive sweet tooth so wanted chromium to surpress my cravings, it's definately got rid of my 'need' for sweet treats... it has also got rid of my appetite altogether however! I'm okay with that though, I still eat exactly what I need to to train effectively, these just really help me with my hunger pangs and cravings! Snacking was what was letting me down and I don't have to worry now. In terms of the Garcinia Cambogia, I haven't noticed a difference in my workouts yet, and only gave the supps 4 stars as I haven't been using them long enough to see if they make a difference in my definition alongside my improved macros!
