Suggested Use

Protein contributes to the growth & maintenance of muscle mass so to reap the benefits of this product we recommend adding one large scoop (25g) to 150-250ml of water or milk in a Myprotein shaker 30 minutes before and/or after your workout. Alternatively consume any time of day to increase your daily protein intake.

Product: Carnipro chocolate flavour (1kg) Dairy intolerant looking for an alternative to whey, I have tried other brand vegan proteins and have not found a good one that mixes well with water. First try of Carnipro was with water. I couldn't finish it due to the salty taste and the lumpiness. Mixes okay with Almond milk and is slightly less salty, not close to being as good as the impact whey protein sadly. Works okay in overnight oats. Overall, not sure ill re-order, needs work on the taste and texture side, not sure I want actually taste meat when drinking a sweet drink on a daily basis, even if its for nutrition purposes.

I normally go with whey or casein based proteins but thought i would go for a change to keep progressing in adding lean muscle mass during my bulking phase, this product mixes ok in water and tastes quite nice in the chocolate or banana flavours, it also provide decent recovery from hard workouts and is aiding my gains in lean muscle mass just like regular whey protein which i normally use, i like the fact that this is free from lactose which allows for me to use more / greater volumes of it without any discomfort or bloating. Good product, effective, easy to digest, tasty. The only problem is that it does not fully mix with the water, there is always quite a few particules who left in the shaker. I recommend to ad more protein when you're taking it to make sure you got enough quantity.

Let's start wit taste, bought strawberry flavour because in the past all proteins i used from other brands with strawberry flavour tasted so nice but this one is complete let down it tastes so chemical and sooooo sweet, one star just because there isn't an option for less. Mixability, terrible once again worst mixability in my experience, when i mix it with water it makes so much bubbles i am really thinking to make a bubble bath with this protein! Luckily i bought just 1kg pouch, will never buy this protein again!
