Simply tear open the sachet, and pour the powder into your beverage of choice. Do not consume more than two sachets daily. If two sachets are consumed they should be spread out throughout the day, not taken at the same time.

This caffeine power is completely tasteless which is a good thing, and mixes well with just about any drink for a pre workout boost. They also come in handy one use sachets so you can empty one straight into your drink. For the past few weeks I've been tending to mix this in my water bottle during workouts, as opposed to pre workout, ensuring I've got caffeine going round my system during exercise. However, in terms of getting a proper caffeine lift and actually 'feeling' spurred on while exercising, I find Thermopure much more effective as a booster and would recommend that over this caffeine power. 90 Thermopure caps last me much longer than 30 Caffeine power sachets. Goes Well With: Water, pre workout shakes etc.

Again, the caffeine powder certainly hits the spot and you can't taste the powder so it goes in any drink
