I've been Garcina for around 3 months to help suppress my appetite and sweet cravings. Its absolutely works! If taken first thing in the morning with a glass of water/squash I personally find I have a sickly full feeling (certainly not unbearable, but you're aware you're no longer hungry) - my appetite slowly comes back over 5hrs and come 2/3pm I realise I haven't eaten anything, which works perfectly if you're intermittently fasting like me. I don't feel low on energy and can function as normal. Only thing I don't like is the smell, there is a slightly odd taste as you take the pill, but nothing foul enough to put you off. Goes Well With: Glass of squash rather than water, to subdue the funky taste!

I am unable to assess the effectiveness of this product for weight loss because taking it, gives me incredible headaches which last all day.

This product isn't a miracle but it does curb the worst of cravings nicely, it is helping me fight boredom snacking well and i am slowly loosing weight. It does also give me that extra boost for training and I find myself crashing less. Goes Well With: Water
