100% feel like they have given to my workouts (both cardio and weights) can work out longer and run/ cycle further. Took four tablets (two AM, two PM) on the first day as per the suggested use and within 30 mins my skin started to tingle like nothing I had ever felt before. It wore off after 30–40 mins so now take one AM and one PM the post four week dose and still feel the benefit. Will probably go for powder when I finish these as the tablets are quite big. Always sceptical and having a high tolerance to supplements this was my last ditch attempt to try something legal that would increase my endurance performance. Instantly from taking I would get the quirky tingly feeling on the skin, so I knew something was happening, then after 4 weeks of loading, BANG!!! I found myself being able to push and go deeper on the bike.  Friends even noticed my increase in cycling performance and the ability go full gas on the bike for longer.  Great product and one I’ll continue to take for as long as I ride a bike. *****

My coworker is a nutritionist and so I asked him for recommendations for supplements as I'm usually a bit hesitant. He recommended beta alanine for performance which was perfect because I workout up to twice a week and train martial arts 2-3 times and my energy levels aren't where I'd like them to be. Its a good product definitely. Less than 20 mins after taking I can begin to feel the tingles. 90 tabs lasted me about 6 weeks which is a good cycle time. The only bad thing is that it can be hard to swallow. I've never struggled talking pills but these are large and grip your throat. Not great. But manageable Goes Well With: Creatine
