Suggested Use

This is an effective BCAA supplement and works well just like other versions i have used, i slightly prefer the flavouring of these BCAAs compared to some others that i have tried which include BSN's, ON's and the MAN ISO amino which have been some of the best tasting on the market, some do mix easier but these are available in bulk 500g and 1kg bags which make them better for large usage on a daily basis for months at a time. Normally buy the tablets and although they are big I can swallow them ok. Decided to try this powder for a change. First thing I noticed was it didn't mix very well in a shaker. Biggest problem I found tho was the taste. Not sure if it's just the unflavoured one I got but it's disgusting. I'll try and persevere with it I think but I will try a flavoured one next time.

I have been using BCAAs on and off for a couple of months whilst losing body fat and they have worked well to preserve my lean muscle mass as well as strength levels which has been an improvement when compared to previous fat loss phases, i have still been losing around 1-2 lbs per week on average but a greater portion has been fat mass when measuring with digital scales and body fat calipers, muscle soreness also has greatly reduced, i find 5 grams 3 times per day to be a reasonable dose to aid in muscle preservation and to provide a noticeable boost in my endurance allowing for me to train at a faster rate.
