I find this to be a more convenient form of BCAA to use when on the go or when you need to have a precise dosing which is important in the later stages of fat loss where every calorie and macro count, this product works great for those in prep for a phique based competition or photo shoot because you can be very precise and consistent with servings. I also find it easier to use these in tab form as i do not find the unflavoured powders to be easy to consume on a regular basis, the flavoured options also require water in quite a large volume to dilute and consume so these work well when limiting fluid intake to still get the muscle building and recovering effects from BCAAs without consuming 500ml to 1l of water or fruit juice.
