this is an excellent product, it does taste amazing and brings the energy up during the weights session. I also find it very useful to drink after very long runs. Just one thing: while the recommended instructions are to drink before training, the Spanish translation read the contrary (drink after training). Maybe worth to check your translations...

I used to buy individual cans of energy drinks/bcaa drinks, which came up quite costly and the inconvenience of going to certain shops to find it. But very pleased with these drinks, I like all the flavours - even the Lemon and lime is nice at 7am 😊 would recommend!
