Tastes awful very artificial and metal taste won't be getting this again

I didn't think this would work to be honest, but boy was I wrong, I mixed mine with 500ml of water and starred sipping before the gym, got to the gym, I was ready, I was fired up and I pushed myself to the limit with less achiness the next day, I will definitely buy this again!!! Used to use this to wake up mentally after a tiring day at work and it did what it says it does, gives you energy and wakes you up. I now use it for Muay Thai sessions as it gives me the energy to power me through the day. Would definitely recommend if you are mentally tired and/or go to the gym after work. For prolonged energy i'd recommend using this in conjunction with a carb based pre-workout. Goes Well With: Carb Based Pre-Workout.
