I started using this product about a month ago and have found it sooooo good!!! When the choc smooth flavour mixed with milk it taste just like a choclate milk shake! its unbeliveble.\n\nI have a very skinny build and have noticed a 50% strength increase during the time i have been using this!\n\nJust buy it!!!!

"i started on this 5/6 weeks ago, i also changed my workout at the same time, \nthis product is simply awesome! \nsince sarting it i have seen significant gains, and inch on my arms 2 inches on my chest, and strength.... wow, i'v gained 50% on my bench and around 60% on my curl. \nalso lost body fat, from 10% down to 7%\ngood ass suppliment, would recomend it to anybody.\n\nAxl."

"yes thanks i do take another serving in the afternoon, so what would i do on my days off? still take it twice or just once in the afternoon?\ngd product though, in a wee my lifting stats have increased, would advise for gaining mass"

"HI,I STARTED TAKING HURRICANE XS THI MORNING AS RECOMMENDED 2 TIMES A DAY BUT 80 GRAMS PER SERVING.SO 5 KG OR 2 BAGS FOR 30 DAYS.I BOUGHT CHOCOLATE FLAFIOR.I AM TAKING IT WITH BCAA MY PROTEIN 9 TABLETS A DAY.I AM 34 AND 91KG ,191 CM.BEEN TRAINING FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS.HAVE TRIED LOTS OF SUPPLEMENTS.I WILL GIVE MORE INFO NEXT WEEK."

"The suggested use by MP is\n"If you workout in the morning take one serving before you workout and one serving 6 hours later" But in your case i would just stick to breakfast, train, then take it. Then perhaps another serving later in the day?? Just my thoughts though."

"really gd product seen some gains, but just confused when to take it, i workout in the morning after breakfast and wonder whether i take it post workout or pre?\nand if i take it pre workout do i have another protein shake after working out? please can i have some advice?\nother than that a great product"

"it depends really on how hard you train along with other factors like what esle you eat or other shakes you add to your diet. me personally i train for lean mass but also add some cardio i would take hxs every day, maybe twice a day on training days and once a day on non training days along with a good whey protien. but remember that the building of the tissue is in the recover so streaming your body with protien on rest days is just as important as training days. i rate this product highly of quality, value and effectivness recomend to anyone looking for added strength, power and size."

Taken 2 x daily everyday. Drastically Increased recovery times from Sqautting and deadlifting. Also got new PB's at the end of my training course. Will definatley use again in future.

"I orderd my HXS yesterday and just wondering if i ment to take it just on training days or everyday? i train 5 times a week. would appreciate an answer from somebody please?!!? i gave the good rating because of all the other awsome ratings from other peeps, ill give a propper rating when ive had a go on the stuff for a week"
