If I can manage to drink it, then it gives me a nice boost and I have a lot more energy and a far better workout. But oh my god the taste is just horrible. There is no hint of cranberry or pomegranate. It somehow just tastes like a powdery sweetener, even though it actually mixes well in the shaker.

Was slightly disappointed with this one. If I can manage to get it done it works like magic however, the taste is a big issue for me! I also found it really hard to mix in. Probably didn't help the fact that I wanted to use as little water with it as possible so I didn't have to drink much and taste it. I also found it would repeat on me whilst I was working out especially on cardio days which is when I tend to need it the most. Overall, if the product tasted better I would probably be able to rate it higher.

The taste is very nice and mix quite well but doesn't give me much boost, I exersice a lot so I start take 5 scoops instead 4 but didn't do much so I and up on 7-8 scoops and still not much change...

Amazing!! Taste absolutely insane. Amazing to mix with food and to drink with just water. First time i have tried but definitely going to buy it again!!! Goes Well With: Water , oats
