I ordered a sample of the peach tea and the apple and pear. I found the peach tea bitter and chemical tasting, with no obvious effects at the gym. The apple and pear flavour on the other hand was much nicer, mixed much easier with water, and i really felt the effects in the gym. Will be ordering another sample pack to try again and see if its worth buying a tub or not! Goes Well With: water

Did feel a buzz/jittery after taking it before my workout. Not sure if it affected my performance at all but hard to tell from just one use.

It tasted good (had peach tea) but I think I took it too early so during my workout it made me a little dizzy. Other than that I had a great buzz during the walk to the gym. Would try again.

I ordered a sample sachet to try this women specific product and oh my congratulations to you it is very good indeed. The powder is micronised and mixes quickly and perfectly well. The list of ingredients include workout supporting BCAA and energy boosting, fatigue delaying Arginine AAK and Citrulline. Vitamins and minerals are also added. The flavour profile is really good of actual apples and pears blended together.
