Leucine
I'm using Leucine for enhancing BCAA products. You can combine Leucine with Instant BCAA 2:1:1 and make it 4:1:1 or even 20:1:1. Also, consuming low levels of protein (below 7 grams) but adding a leucine supplement (about 3 grams) caused the same rate of protein synthesis as the 25-gram supplement.Goes Well With:iBCAA, Whey protein, Calcium Caseinate protein

this actually tastes quite nice compared to a couple of other amino acids I've had. it is pretty strong and sour but just add slightly more water to balance it out. i'm not much of a pro in supplements but it does wake your face up when its about to tire mid way through workout probably from the sourness. also helps me get more water in which makes you feel less hungry. actually has made an impact on me especially when I've upped the protein intake with it.Goes Well With:some sort of protein will do
