This stuffs stinks really bad! Mixes easily in liquid, it’s very sour too.  I mix it in a small glass in a tiny amount of water and just gulp it down in one.  If it’s doing good for me I don’t mind. 

Originally bought 5 years ago after reading article that Taurine and NAC may be effective in treatment for lung damage. After a two week respiratory infection, I am so glad I had this to help clear my lungs.
