A scoop contains 4g, being twice the recommended daily supplement, but the instructions state a 1/3 of a scoop. Have I missed something? As for the product, it's exactly as I'd anticipated.

I love this supplement. I take a 1/4tsp at bedtime with a bit of water. It doesn’t dissolve but that doesn’t bother me. I sleep really well now because of it. Will definitely keep buying it!
