I've been using this product for a couple of years now and to be totally honest I feel like I can't live without it! I heard amazing stuff about inositol in a PCOS support group back in December 2021. I started taking this twice everyday in January 2022. I had my first period around 25th of January which was amazing as they were usually not regular however this was. Me and my partner have been trying to conceive for over a year at this point and the first cycle I have after my first period of taking this I fell pregnant and ovulated, as well as my partner having low morphology I truly believe this stuff is a god send for those with pcos, especially my those wanting to regulate periods & possibly conceive, people compare it to a natural metaformin with less side effects. The only thing I would say is I was confused with the TINY scoop and how much to take. Girls with PCOS a daily intake of inositol is 2-4g, and I found the scoop way too confusing so did 2g in the morning and 2g in the evening using my kitchen scales or by eye which works out around a small half of a teaspoon each time. However I did find that I had an upset stomach quite often in regards to needing the toilet so I would recommend starting on a lower amount and building your way up however I am so amazed with it!  Goes Well With: Squash, fresh juice, water if you can handle the powerdy texture 

I was recommended this by a fertility nurse due to my PCOS. I found it hard to believe all the great reviews when I first bought it especially as I'm a healthy weight, have a good diet (most of the time) and exercise regularly so wasn't convinced about a supplement. But I have to say that I've been shocked by how well it has worked for me. I'd come off the pill a few months before starting this and the main symptoms of PCOS I had were thinning hair and irregular periods. After around 2 weeks of taking this powder, my hair stopped falling out and started growing back. After around 6 weeks of taking it my periods became regular and I was even able to conceive. This supplement is so easy you just add the tiny amount required to water and off you go! It has no taste and blends really well so if anyone is worried about those issues - you don’t have that problem so it’s easy to drink!
