I think I’ve seen some people say that this stuff isn’t very soluable in water. Whoever said that was talking out the hole between their glutes. This stuff is soooooo much better at dissolving than monohydrate. I don’t know if anyone else finds themselves having to stir monohydrate into water and then down it while the water it’s still swirling round in the glass just to make sure you get most of it in you. I definitely do. And I still end up with sediment left over. But this gluconate dissolves brilliantly and also has a very mildly sweet taste due to the glucose. Performance wise I can’t make much commentary at this point as I’ve just finished loading phase, but I’ve noticed the same sort of lifting performance increase as I would expect from monohydrate. Would definitely recommend. Goes Well With: Anything but I generally just neck it with water

I play American Football and this product provides the biggest legal performance enhancement i have come across. Improvements to sprint speed and recovery between sprints is noticeable after the first week and it is safe to take for long periods of time. I have tried all other types of creatine and this one stands head and shoulders over the others for improving repeated sprint sports performance. If you are looking for the boost to get you to the next level in your chosen sport then this is the creatine to go for! Improvements i have noted include; Max sprint speed Improved recovery between sprints longer sprint duration better focus due to higher energy levels improved recovery after training improved force output in the gym resulting in heavier loads lifted Goes Well With: Any kind of flavoured drink, either BCAA's or squash I find to be best.

I don't find this mixes in a shake very well. I often add it to my BCAA's to have at the gym as in 1.5l it dissolves ok over the course of a workout but would always be loads left in the bottom of a shaker. Think it just need time to break down
