Quick and easy to use. I have bad lower back pain and just 5 mins with this after training relieves any pain. Good value too

Amazing quality for the price - really sturdy meaning you don't have to apply too much pressure when rolling. Perfect for rolling your feet after a run, or really getting into the small knots in your shoulders or hips.

I bought two of these and have used them on my thighs, shoulders and feet. They are so good. I'm thinking of taking one away on holiday... it's small and light enough to fit in my hand luggage...could even have a crafty foot massage mid-flight. The only downside is that the dog thinks they're for him and has been eyeing them up jealously since I unpacked them.

Works so well, really gets into the super tight muscles especially hip and neck/ back
