Lifting with these straps really increases stability, I've even used them on heavy squats.. Don't ask, just try!

Only had these wrist wraps for couple months. Great support and really helped with my injury but the major flaw in the wraps is the velcrow isn't a good quality already my wraps don't stick anymore almost like the velcrow straps have lost there grip
