Great the storage compartments that come with the item are amazing love them. great for storing protein powder or creatine tablets. Inside there is a breaker. absolutely amazing for stopping any big bits from being in the shake.

For the 3 months that I had this shaker before leaving it at the gym, never to be seen again... it was absolutely perfect. Lid closed well, the grill piece does a great job of making a smooth shake. Will likely be ordering another!

Brilliant size bottle and able to store my powders perfectly in the bottom carry this with me pretty much every where I go, the numbering on the side is a bit difficult to read maybe could of done a different colour like red or white or offer a colour range in the future... But overall happy with the shaker

Very useful to have 2 compartments for additional powder

Does what a shaker is supposed to do but quality is bad fell off of 4 ft and cracked spilling water everywhere
