The belt is very high quality and has helped me alot in the gym. i have been trying to improve my dips and pullups but there was no way of me doing that without the belt. The belt is easy to use, and put weights onto, and the chain has held up very well. i like and appreciate the padded area for the back, as i usually have trouble loading my back. i would recommend for people to get this belt, and i have already insisted that my gym friends also buy a belt.

So the consturtion of the belt is OK as would be exspected from a budget product. I need more use with regards to longevity. The price is good. It is perfectly comfertable to wear. The chain is too short for full size plates severly limiting the potential for use with progressive overload. I am only able to add the 2.5KG plates at my gym as the 5KG are full circumfrence. Please for future iterations and customers increace the length of the chain to ensure full size plates will fit.

Fast delivery and belt is good quality, can hold at least 25kg so a good quality product worth the money

Does whats its suppose to do, feels sturdy when holding weight so cant complain and is very good in terms of price

Most weight I’ve used so far is 15kg but already not sure how it will hold up, the chain links are not very good quality.
