Pumping Iron Special Edition gives you great inspiration from the 'golden era' of bodybuilding, it's done with great humour and doesn't take itself too seriously unlike the scene today! This is a great recommended watch!Goes Well With:A pre-workout shake
As a dvd I thought it was going to be filled with hints and tips from the legend we all know, Arnie. This is not that at all it is a documentary of Arnie and variouse others (Louie Ferigno, the incredible hulk) doing various bodybuilding competitions. Great for a watch but the price I paid was too much and the documentary itself is ok. Goes Well With:pint of larger and a packet of crisps
Watched this a while ago and still it gets me pumped up and ready to hit the gym when I'm in a slump, worth watching for inspiration. Lou ferrigno is easily the best undecorated body builder of modern Times!Goes Well With:a DVD player
These boys are nuts!
