What are Rolled Oats?
Rolled oats are created when oat groats are steamed and then rolled into flakes. This process stabilizes the healthy oils in the oats, so they stay fresh longer and help the oats cook faster, by creating a greater surface area of the oat. Rolled Oats are perfect for making porridge and can be mixed with either water or milk.

Rolled Oats are high in fibre and contain beta-glucans† making this a great addition to your diet. Enjoy in the morning with any of your favourite toppings. Simply mix one scoop (50g) with 200ml of water or milk, and cook for 2 minutes in a microwave. Based on 800W microwave. Warning: Contents will be HOT. †Oat beta-glucan has been shown to lower/reduce blood cholesterol. High cholesterol is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease. Beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of beta-glucans.

I sent for this product as I like to start the day with porridge and wanted to try a different brand. I have to say this one wins hands down for flavour and general texture and smoothness. I will certainly get it again. Being that bit more 'oaty' than my usual readymix porridge really added to the experience. It wins as well for value. worth every penny. Mix 2 scoops with 200ml of water, add sliced bananas, a handful of blueberries/raspberries and Maple syrup (from My Protein) a perfect breakfast is served.
I bought this after hearing about it from a friend. I can easily say it is one of if not the best rolled oats I have ever tried my it is very easy to mix with anything and the flavour and consistency of the oats are very nice. Would recommend Goes Well With:Myprotein Butterscotch syrup

I chose these oats as opposed to store bought supermarket rolled oats because of the reviews on here. These are the genuine thing. If you are looking for high quality tasty rolled oats then look no further. The slightly higher price you have to pay for these oats is well worth every penny, take it from me. I just use them as a breakfast item so I cannot comment on their use with the protein powder in a shake. A top quality product from a top quality company. 5 stars

Its oats. I prefer rolled as they are less refined and easier to heat up in the microwave. Two scoops and a splash of milk. Two minutes in the microwave. Then add some flavoured protein powder and maybe some fruit. Quick and easy breakfast set for the day Job done. Good macros and energy. Goes Well With:Iso pro 97 bannana
Surprised no one has reviewed this product yet!! I've always preferred rolled oats to instant because they aren't as refined/processed. It's very simple to make if you have little time in the mornings like myself - 2 scoops, 200/220ml water, 2 minutes in the microwave and there you have it!! Mix in a scoop of impact whey and some frozen berries and you have a healthy and delicious breakfast. However....if you stress and scrutinise over your macros, take into account that a level MP scoop = 30g oats not 25g as it says on the bag......so it will be a 60g serving which gives the following values: 221cals, 7.4g protein, 33.6g carbs, and 5g fat Goes Well With:Impact Whey, Zero Syrup, Frozen Berries, Peanut/Almond Butter
