Very good. Im always in a rush in the morning and this always helps. quick and easy black and easy. also good to have if your feeling suddenly hungry/peckish but its not quite dinner/lunch time. Stops you from snacking rubbish. Its worth having this product around. also has some protein within this.
This used to be my go to oats all of the time, but whatever has been done to the taste and texture of this has made it disgusting, it mixes terrible and tastes even worse and gives me stomach ache every time i try it, 5k of oats straight in the bin. whatever you have done with this, it needs changing asapGoes Well With:nothing
Nice I tend to jut put them in with shake due to it like really chewy can't explain it but still nice lol
decent product, will be useful in my pancakes etc but didn't read the description (partly my bad) still expected oats and not a powder (myprotein please change the product title to make it more obvious!! didn't think i needed to read the description for oats.)Goes Well With:almond milk, cacao powder and sugar free maple syrup
Eat it for brekky, use boiled water and add some fruit on top. Very filling brekky, and great nutritional value. Cheap price and effective but I don't like taste although it doesn't really taste like anything, however it's too thick and sticky. I bought unflavoured since flavours sounded kinda rank. Overall good, but I need to get used to the taste and texture. Goes Well With:Fruit Chocy milk
Took a couple of attempts of mixing to get the hang of it but gives the desired results of continuous energy throughout the mornings. I add some dried fruit, great filling breakfast.
I did buy the unflavored one and it mixes well with Whey protein, its amazing in taste and its an ideal breakfast with some whole nuts. Its a good product to start off your day. I have taken 5 KG pack. Goes Well With:Protein Choconut
Instant oats are a great way of getting in extra calories and carbs. I use them with some whey protein and milk either in the morning for breakfast or can be used as a quick meal before a workout. The oats do seem to form clumps after i shake them but i guess it would happen since its oats. Taste is not bad either, just like having a bowl of oats really, but cold. However, highly recommend this for anyone trying to get in extra carbs/calories. Goes Well With:Milk and whey protein, can make your own gainer shake with this too
It mixed well I guess and as long as you consumed it there and then before it had time to set it would've been ok. But realising that my normal porridge had the same amount of Protein means I'll be sticking with the better tasting oats for now..
Got these oats to try a couple weeks ago. Very good product! So much easier than eating solid oats. I chose the unflavoured instant oats and mixed it with my weight gainer shake and it tastes awesome. Mixability is great also 10/10 highly recommended especially for those who struggle to eat enough calories, drink this 2 or 3 times a day and boom! Gains incoming Goes Well With:Water, protein shake, milk, anything you like
This flavour is exactly what it says on the bag. It mixes amazingly and tastes like Strawberrys and cream definitely the most enjoyable flavour of them all.Goes Well With:1% fat milk
But the unflavoured stuff and Add a little of your preferred impact protein powder and give it a good shake! Simple as thatGoes Well With:Impact whey, any flavour
Fantastic taste and you can really feel how strong it works. Great Product
Put on 5kg because of this alongside dieting. 3 times a day with water works well. Mixability could be better, but as a weight gainer...it's class.
I've been using instant oats for a good few years. however similar to other products i've found the flavouring especially the banana change dramatically for the worse. the banana now tastes like chemicals / chocosmooth is ok but is chalky. overall worth the money and easy to use if on the go which is why i still use.Goes Well With:Water
Banana is absolutely rank and sickly do not buy it.
You can mix 50g of instant oats with 200g egg whites and 1 scoop of impact whey . You will get delicious protein pancakes . Great mixabillity and neutral taste , just like regular flour.Goes Well With:whey
Personally I don't like the taste and find it hard to eat, but it is a easy way to get them carbs after a workout and great value for money Goes Well With:Milk
Good with water. Good for gains. Good for health. Good for energy. Good for your appetite. Good product.Goes Well With:Unflavoured protein.
Tried it out - three tastes - banana, chocolate and vanilla. The only one that tasted good was banana. But all of them had a not-nice aftertaste. And neither of them made me feel satiated. Maybe it's in a way good, if you're trying to lose weight or really, really don'y have time for a meal, but if I was you I would buy a snickers bar then. This product needs developing.
