I started drinking green tea a few days ago, after drinking the tea I felt strange, weird? I felt spaced out, lightheaded, mild headache, nausea, anxious and depressed, I had 5 cups a day for a few days,it was even giving me nightmares! I threw the green tea away, that night Goes Well With:It does taste great with tea and coffe and mixed fine. Just didn't agree with me! Maybe to much caffine
I bought this green tea powder for a quick fix in the morning instead of coffeeGoes Well With:Hydrolised collagen protien
The only issue I have with this product is the packaging. When I'm getting the product out of the packet it gets all over my hand. I've had to transfer it into a small tub to make it easier to get to it without make a mess. Goes Well With:I put it with water or juice. Can't really taste it when it's mixed in well.
The problem with the product is the packaging, when it arrived the press shut part of the bag had opened allowing the powder into the part which rips off. when you get a scoop the powder from the bag it sticks all over my hand. The tea it's self is great, flavour is good and it doesn't over shakes. Goes Well With:I have mine with skimmed milk and bananas
I have found that this product mixes reasonably well and the taste blends quite easily with other drinks e.g. other flavoured teas / protein powders. The main issue I have had with the product is getting it out of the pack without making a mess and measuring it accurately. I have found it can be a bit fiddly with the small scoop and the size of pack often results in my fingers or hand getting coated in the powder. Goes Well With:Tea / Protein powders
This product definately helps to reduce my appetite, however can be a little bitter tasting if too much is added to the water
Don't add too much otherwise you'll taste it Goes Well With:Shakes and porridge
Green tea powder is green, and doesn't taste bitter like this. The product description does not reflect the product you get - a bitter brown powder - and should be changed. A product picture should be shown and the name corrected.
Wonderful green tea extract that gets you powered troughout the day. Tastes like the strongest chinese green tea. Watchout not to take it before bedtime or you could easily count the stars deep in to the night. Goes Well With:warm water, juice
Very good, fastened up my metabolism Goes Well With:Water
I put a measure of this stuff into my morning cuppa and it kick starts my day. I'm using it for weight loss and it really does give me extra energy without having to drink a full on Green TeaGoes Well With:Tea I've drank green tea before when working in Japan so I know the benefits but I really can't stand the taste of it. Adding a measure into normal tea just makes the tea taste a little stronger
Been using this stuff for a few months. May be a pretty small effect but I think it's there. I'll continue taking it just for the health benefits of green tea and the possible small affect on metabolism. Only downside is it doesn't come with a scoop. Goes Well With:Morning protein shake
The taste is ok, I like to add honey, this gives me the best of both in one drink. Goes Well With:As i said it goes well with honey.
decent product, taste can be masked if you find something like coffee to mix it with.Goes Well With:Coffee
I bought this product with mixed thoughts due to the reviews. First thing I must say is FIND THE SCOOP! It is tiny but it is in there! Then you can't go wrong on the amount. If people are complaining of the taste, they are definitely putting too much in! I put 2 tiny scoops into hot water twice a day, usually morning and evening. Doing it this way it mixes brilliantly and it tastes fine, not strong and nicer to drink than green tea as although I don't mind green tea I'm not a massive fan and this powder means you don't have to drink like 20 cups of green tea. I personally wouldn't mix it with a shake as I can imagine it may taste a bit funky and its easier to mix and drink with hot water as if it was a cup of tea. If you think logically if you are putting green tea with cold milk/water and a flavour its going taste odd, but you never know maybe you won't taste it. Also having it in as a cup of tea gets more fluids in you so i think its a win win alongside the shakes but not mixing them together. Goes Well With:Hot water- just like a cuppa tea :)
Perfect when mixed with coffee. Doesn't taste nice by itself. Mixes very well. Good sized sachet. Helps with the weight loss.Goes Well With:Coffee
Reviews say the taste is bad but I can't even taste it when added to my morning and pre workout shake! Maybe I am adding too little though as no good way of measuring 100mg (without precision scales). Helps get rid of that last bit of stubborn fat whilst cutting and gives you a boost pre workout (and before work!). Goes Well With:A shake, water or juice.
I first bought the tablets since I got scared by all the bad taste reviews. Unfortunately I really can't do the tablets as they are huge. So I bought myself two bags of this. Just had my first mug of instant coffee with breakfast where I put 1/4 teaspoon of green tea extract. Absolutely lovely. Actually it tasted like coffee. People must be putting way too much of this in a cup to start with, though to be honest the team is not very clear on how much to add (100mg is seriously hard to measure on a normal kitchen scale!). As for the effectiveness I still do not know, but I'm taking it for the antioxidants so it should be good!Goes Well With:Coffee
I like green tea! I do! I just can't drink the amount of tea dictated by the people who say "You need to drink green tea!" Looking through the products, I thought I'd found the perfect way to encapsulate "green tea to the max" Oh dear god, I thought I'd died and was trying to dig my way out of the earth! It is the most vile flavoured component known to man! I mixed it with water at first, I was gagging after the first swallow. I "manned" up I held my nose and drank without a breath until it was gone! But my legs were so weak I had to hold onto the bench and take some deep breaths! I thought I'm not sure I can handle this again! Yesterday I thought "Kate you can do this!" Reading through the reviews I thought, Ok! try it with juice and add the L tyrosine(?). Whoever said this stuff mixes well with ANYTHING lied! It nearly came up faster than it went down! This stuff should be on the army training course, because let's face it if you can handle this you really are the best! Yesterday I had to lie on the couch looking for all the world like "The Lady of the Camellias" . This powder should be renamed "Terminator Powder" because it will come back on you! I've become one of Pavlov's dogs, I'm looking at that pouch and my insides are churning! For such a small volume of weight there are so many doses in it! I'm just going to try today's dose...............I'm going to be trans gender at the end of the pouch I will have "manned up" so many times! Those who are about to partake salute you! (pssssst go for capsules!))Goes Well With:Haven't found anything yet!
The only problem I've had with the product is the taste, every time I drink it it almost makes me sick. Other than that it is very effective and saves me drinking cup after cup of green tea every day. You only need a very small amount and I would reccomend mixing it in with a smoothie/shake (I added a scoop of ginger to mine to try to mask the taste). I'm not a big caffeine drinker and it didn't make me feel "wired" or "shakey". Goes Well With:Fruit and veg smoothie with ginger.
