This is the worst tasting supplement I have ever had. I have had many many different supplements over the last 6 years and this is just awful. It tastes horrible, it floats to the top of water/juice and doesn't mix well, and just generally tastes like... I don't even know how to describe it.... Unfortunately due to the flavour I can't comment on the effectiveness. I normally love MP products, and should really write more reviews, but this... I could not leave un-reviewed.Goes Well With:Holy fire
I bought it recently as a replacement for my BCAA 4:1:1. To tell you truth there is not much difference between them. People do not realize that if BCAA taste awful it means it is a good quality. Do some research. Goes Well With:Total Protein Bedtime Extreme
The unflavoured one has an horrible taste, stick with normal bcaa if you're not vegetarian Goes Well With:Water
seems to work after only taking it for a week - but the unflavoured one (the one i bought) - buy with caution - tastes awful :-) Goes Well With:protein powders
Just tried for the first time. Checked the labelling and it states this product may contain milk or egg. Does that mean it might not be vegan? Since I have an intolerance to milk and egg where do I stand as I bought this on the basis that it was suitable for vegans? Is it vegan? As for the taste its not great as I mixed the unflavoured powder with just water. Tastes like the powder smells, fermented rotten something or other however I'm quite happy to bear it if it provides gains (and if its 100% vegan of course)Goes Well With:Only tried with water but needs juice or almond milk maybe.
For these price is much better MP do a lot of good BCAAs and with protein is good stimulation for the miscle Goes Well With:I whey protein
