We would recommend consuming 5g of Creatine Monohydrate immediately pre or post work-out with a whey protein and carbohydrate blend to maximise its uptake by the muscle. Alternatively, it may be mixed with water, milk or juice and consumed immediately after mixing.
The 5 day loading phase - New users of creatine monohydrate are recommended to first follow a loading phase to reap its maximum benefits. Supplementing 5g (1 scoop) four times a day at regular intervals is recommended to saturate your muscles with creatine before commencing with the standard 5g a day recommended use.

I'm giving this creatine 5 stars purely based on the effectiveness and how well its mixes. I'm just coming to the end of my first cycle and have to say the difference in my strength and recovery has been amazing. Would highly recommend but stay away from the orange flavor and its tastes awful, I'm actually about to order some unflavored as I cant stand the sweet sickly taste of orange.
Bought the Raspberry Lemonade one and it is the worst flavour in the world, i've tried it with everything and even mixed in smoothies with several other fruits to try and mask it and its still gag worthy! It's genuinely made me wretch several times DO NOT BUY THE RASPBERRY LEMONADE FLAVOUR!!!!!!Goes Well With:Nothing!!!!!

Right, so I've been lifting since I was 16 years old, made some gains, however through doing mixed martial arts I've never really looked jacked, I started using creatine weighing in at 120lbs 5'4, when I decided to do a proper bulk. I started 1st of December 2015 starting with 2500 calories then started upping caloric intake to 3500 while lifting 6 days a week (Chest, legs, back, rest day, chest, legs, back). My initial feeling was I could lift more weight with ease. My strength was increasing rapidly and I didn't feel too tired during my workout. My routine was more focused on compound movements, Bench and Squat (not dead lift because I didn't have proper guidance so I left that out). I also workout shoulders, biceps, triceps, abs and calves everyday I went to the gym. Sets of 5, 5 - 10 reps. My weight started increasing, strength also, after a 3 month consistent bulk, I made huge noticeable gains. My weight went up to 150lbs after 3 months, I'd also drink up to 5 litres of water a day. I'd recommend it, but to those who have been lifting for a few years and need a boost in their physique or strength. HOWEVER, A large majority of the time I did feel bloated from all the water and food I'd have to take just to keep gaining which was difficult and tentative. But you gotta do what you gotta do. Also I'd have to go to the toilet quite often to pee. Another thing is if you miss taking 5g a day you'll have to take 10g the next. Its also difficult to get an exact amount if you're taking it through a protein shake because it'll leave some residue behind. So I'd put some water in my mouth, put the 5g in and chug it down with some more water that way I get an exact amount in without any residue behind. A 1kg bag will last you like 3/4 of the year and its very cheap too so its perfect for those who dont want to spend too much! Finally, I just wanted to say that I did hit PRs consistently from creatine and bulking, I managed to hit 65kg flat bench for 1, 70kg Squat for 1. I added 2 inches on my arms. After my bulk I decided to stop taking creatine and I did lose some weight but my natural weight did go up to 10st (144lbs) which I'm happy with, I haven't lose any size either but my strength has decreased. I'd recommend the supplement though!!! Goes Well With:Whey protein (Its better to get your protein in through food though), Multivitamin and a massgainer if you find it difficult to gain weight and most importantly FOOD!!!

Does what it says and works well with whatever I mix it with, I usually do it with juice but some people just take the powder as a whole without mixing I got unflavoured and it's exactly that, can't taste it at all and the powder is really fine so will mix in with anything! Overall great product, been using this one for a while now and definitely noted the results. Go for unflavoured as it does't mess with flavour of the protein shake as much (some flavours are hit and miss). Blends well and easy to scoop out. Be careful though, a 5g scoop of the floured stuff is only 87% actual creatine (~4.4g), 6g of flavoured would give you closer to 5g of creatine.

Creatine is the essential for anyone who steps through the gym doors. It can improve size, strength and endurance. It's not a myth, this stuff is scientifically backed up. I'm not going to take you through the science, just look it up. Before you start to panic creatine is a NATURALLY occuring organic acid. I've purchased and used the unflavoured for a very long time now. It's perfect. It can be used/mixed in anything. Pre/intra/post workout shakes, morning cup of coffee, evening glass of water, water you like! Combine this product with Whey Protein or a Weight Gainer and you will see results as long as you work hard and get your eating and nutrition right. The one thing I must insist you do though is to take a scoop EVERY DAY. Don't miss days like rest days, or if you let your hair down to have a night out. It must be taken everyday, you want to 'soak' your body with creatine to get the maximum benefit. I use these to give me extra energy for my HIIT workouts. Gives me more energy and I seem to recover quicker. Doesn't taste of anything, just add water and maybe a bit of squash, or add it to your usual shake.
