Creatine monohydrate is one of the most researched forms of creatine in the world and has been thoroughly tested and ethically proven in several performance studies including both elite and recreational individuals. Creatine Monohydrate is ideal for a wide range of male and female athletes from bodybuilders all the way through to sprinters. This product is perfectly safe and has been scientifically proven to increase physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise, making it perfect for those who participate in sports such as powerlifting, sprinting or rugby. Creatine monohydrate is available in array of exciting flavours including the latest additions of Peach Mango, Cherry Limeade and Sour Red Raspberry.
Creatine Monohydrate is suitable for anyone partaking in prolonged or high-intensity exercise, looking to improve physical performance. Dietary sources of creatine include various meats and fish providing approximately 3-7 g per kg. However, consuming large quantities (kg’s) of such foods may potentially increase your dietary protein to excessive values alongside body fat which is why using creatine monohydrate in pill, powder or capsule form is far more practical and effective.
We would recommend consuming 5g of Creatine Monohydrate immediately pre or post work-out with a whey protein and carbohydrate blend to maximise its uptake by the muscle. Alternatively, it may be mixed with water, milk or juice and consumed immediately after mixing.
The 5 day loading phase - New users of creatine monohydrate are recommended to first follow a loading phase to reap its maximum benefits. Supplementing 5g (1 scoop) four times a day at regular intervals is recommended to saturate your muscles with creatine before commencing with the standard 5g a day recommended use.
The dietary choices of all our customers are extremely important to us. Add 5g to water, shake and consume. Use 1-2 times daily preferably directly before and after exercise. After 8 weeks of continued use take 1 week off and start cycle again.

It does the job, mixes easily, no hassleGoes Well With:Whey protein
Fantastic product I take pre & post can certainly tell the difference if I've not taken any beforehand, improves strength on a whole, Easley mixes and taste is nothing out of the ordinary!!! Will defiantly continue to buy!
Great results, awful sickly-sweet taste Have become slightly more accustomed to it now though
Really good product however I recommend buying unflavoured. Bought Sour Red Raspberry and was a real struggle to get through it, flavour was awful and very sweet.Goes Well With:Impact Whey Protein
Taste, mixability, effectiveness & overall rating is all 5 stars, I have no sleepless nights and I've been using for 2 weeks now and I have seen a huge difference in my gains, water holds on and my skin looks great, easy to mix, incredible product.Goes Well With:BCAA Fermented Powder
Unflavoured is great as you can mix with pre workout, post workout, protein shakes, porridge anything really. I have it right before a game or workout and it seems to work in about 10 minutes.Goes Well With:Everything
the taste is bearable but gets tedious but its really grate stuff and I think with my next order I'm gona buy a different flavour to mix it up a little but a fantastic product can defo tell the difference as I'm one of these people than does have massive sugar drop while being at the gym some times and while using this has not once has this problem occurred would defo recommend and will be purchasing agein produce is good and came before expected very happy with my over all experience so far thank you :) Goes Well With:water :P
Do some research on creatine and you'll find that there is a general consensus that the stuff works. It's not some magic gains pill or anything but it definitely helps, and it's cheap. Goes Well With:Whey Protein.
I feel more bigger with creatine .first time tryed,
Too early to comment on results but love the handy packaging compared to bulky tubs.Goes Well With:water/juice
The product itself seems to have made a difference to me anyway, im lifting heavier, and not tiring out as quickly as before, and I've only been using it a short time. Yhe taste though, atleast in the sour apple is awful, literally makes me want to throw it up afterwards! I've still given it a 5* though due to its effectiveness.
There is not much to say about a simple product that is good because it was allowed to remain simply good. It has been proven that Creatine Monohydrate is every bit as effective as fancier forms of creatine. Even better, here in this pure form, it has not been rendered useless by the addition of caffeine. MP regrettably chooses to market such 'waste-stacks' with several pre-workout supplements. (Caffeine neutralises creatine.)Goes Well With:Knowledge
Buy this and not any of the "fancier" creatine supplements. Creatine monohydrate is known to be incomparably effective and useful. Use it as part of your preworkout, post-workout shake or for loading.Goes Well With:Whey protein, beta alanine, citrulline malate, caffeine, GAINZ
Mixes well, not gritty and no nasty after taste. Will be buying more from Myprotein! Goes Well With:Whey and BCA.
Since I've started taking creatine, I've definitely noticed a bulk in all my big muscle groups so I'd say it has definitely helped a lot. However, the only reason I haven't given it a 5-star rating is because before I started taking creatine I hardly drank any water throughout the day. Now that I'm taking it, though, I'm drinking 2-4 litres per day every day. This alone might be enough to improve my bulk; through natural retention. I gave a neutral flavour rating because I mix it with my protein shake and I gave it 4 stars on mixability because it mixes well, but adds a tiny hint of grittiness to my shake. Not unpleasant though! All in all, I plan on using the rest of my pouch and am considering rebuying when that's done!Goes Well With:Whey Protein Shake
I'm pretty new to this product, ordered the flavourless 1kg pouch as I didn't like the look of the E numbers in the flavoured versions. Not to sure about its effectiveness as of yet, however only just started using this, tastes nasty on its own, I mix it with MP diet whey post workout shake where it's not noticed, what I will say like most My Protein products is that it's great value for no doubt a quality product, the star rating given is basically because it's too early to tell if it's working, "everyone's different" also the taste is rank and a bit dissapointed the flavoured versions are laced with E numbers, these don't fit into a clean eating schedule !! Goes Well With:Diet whey protein
Creatine is really an essential part of my supplementation, and this is value for money and easily assimilated into any drink / shake, well worth it for the price .. Goes Well With:Impact whey protein Water Pre workout
What can i say , Myprotein have done it again... i brought the new peach and mango flavour and taste great.. dosent taste artificially....mixes amazing with water and has given me a boost in my workouts and muscles look fuller and feel pumped.Goes Well With:water and anyone looking to make gaaiiinnzzz
Initially ive tried this as an extra boost supplement, i mix it with whey protein pre-workout, at the moment its giving a nausous feeling and mild sickness feeling, i have done some research and you really do need to drink plenty of water aswell, its not so bad then im going to stick with it for the time being because its early days and the body needs to get used to it so may do another review in couple of monthsGoes Well With:Mixes well with whey protein
The product itself mixes perfectly, I purchased the unflavored and its exactly that. I tried it for a week however it did not agree with my stomach and at times i just didnt feel right but it could of been down to my own diet and health etc so I dont want to complain when I know it works great for others.
