What is Creapure® (Creatine Monohydrate)?
Made by AlzChem in Germany, Creapure® is widely known to be the purest and finest level of micronized Creatine Monohydrate available on the Sports Nutrition market. Produced via a rigorous testing process, Creapure® is completely free from impurities and by-products like CRN (Creatinine), DCD (dicyandiamide), DHT (Dihydrotriazine) and Thiourea*. As a result, Creapure® is 99.99% Creatine Monohydrate, one of the most researched forms of Creatine in the world, which has been proven to help performance in studies involving both elite and recreational individuals.
Who is Creapure® Suitable for?
Creapure® is suitable for anyone partaking in high-intensity exercise and looking to improve physical performance. Dietary sources of creatine include various meats and fish, which provide approximately 3-7 g per kg. However, consuming large quantities (kgs) of such foods may potentially increase both your dietary protein and fat intake to excessive values, which is why using Creapure® in powdered form is far more practical and effective.
What are the Key Benefits?
When should I consume Creapure®?
We would recommend consuming 3-5g of Creapure® immediately pre or post work-out with a whey protein and carbohydrate blend to maximise its uptake by the muscle. Alternatively, it may be mixed with water, milk or juice and consumed immediately after mixing.
New users of Creapure®are recommended to first follow a 5 day loading phase to reap its maximum benefits. Supplementing 5g (1 scoop) four times a day at regular intervals is recommended to saturate your muscles with creatine before commencing with the standard 3-5g a day recommended use.

I'm on second week using it so I can't say accurately it's effectiveness. I got a no taste product cause I'm mixing with protein. It's mixability is not that good it needs good shake!Goes Well With:Protein!!
First time buying Creapure, I have my creatine with dilute orange juice on a morning. It just doesnt mix, most of it ends up sat at the bottom of my bottle no matter how much I shake it up. When I refill my bottle with water later in the morning it mixes a bit better, but compared to most creatines I have had in the past its mixability is terrible. Despite this, it tastes fine, is good value for money, and works as it should. Bought unflavoured Creapure. Don't think I will be again though. Best taken directly into the mouth then followed by water. Also scoop is too small.Goes Well With:Plain water.
I've used creatine in the past so knew it's effects. In a few weeks I've gained a couple of kilos with no increase of body fat percentage. Slight increase in strength, couple of reps on bench and squat with good form. I would recommend unflavoured as you may want to mix it with protein shake. It does dissolve completely in hot water, thought I'd mention this as some say it doesn't dissolve properly. Also be aware that creatine has varying effects on different people, with no effect at all on some.
Does the job can't comolainGoes Well With:Serious mass full fat milk blender
All is good except the resealable bags don't reseal which is highly annoying Goes Well With:Anything
This is my first time taking this sup. It mixes easy and has no taste. Goes Well With:anything you want it to
I mix 5g of unflavoured creapure to my liter of water along with 10g of bcaa sour apple gives me great energy drinking during workouts then I would have 5g creapure creatine with a total protein shake after my workout only started the product over a week already I can see good results will be buying again thanks my protein:DGoes Well With:Bcaa, total protein
Good buy. Noticed difference in endurance training particularly. Very happyGoes Well With:BCAA powder
Great creatine that mixes well and is a finer powder that does not hurt my liver.Goes Well With:Pre-workout, BCAA's and protein powder.
It's one of the essentials to recover your body after a training session. The better results that I had thanks to it. Good product.Goes Well With:I mixed it with Collagen, good too to recover, this last with flavour, to do a shake interesting to taste.
Best creative ever imo. Don't buy into all these fancy new Esther's etc. Think of this ... the majority of research on creatine has used monohydrate. Creapure is the purest form of monohydrate! Ive tried all the others and I've always come back this and it is constant in my supp plan.Goes Well With:Anything really!!! Shakes, juices, etc.
Not sure about these reviews that says it mixes well. I add it to a glass of water and just watch it sit at the bottom. When you get to the end of your drink you're pretty much sat crunching it. So I have to keep topping up with water to make it more tolerable. I find it makes me feel a little iffy and nauseous during my workouts but I was mixing it with Mypre. I've started taking it in tablet form and it seems to be better. Goes Well With:A sand box and shovel.
Honestly not very many things to say here. I have read the entire the labdoor review on this and for me personally so far ( i have been using it for 2 months almost ) I can feel a bit of an improvement in the energy levels in the gym which makes me train a bit harder. I dunno yet how much the creatine is and how much placebo, but whatever it is I have been performing better after I got this. I have more energy, I can lift a bit more and train a bit more intense. I would say around 5 - 10 % better than without.
It does exactly what it says on the box! Creapure helped me feel energised-not in a jittery way-to push myself even after a 12 hour shift 😊 Goes Well With:Diet whey.
The product is not the nicest is taste (unflavoured) but if you add juice or mix it with your protein shake you won't taste nothing and it doesn't disturb the general flavour.Goes Well With:Juices or protein
Like all studies about Creatine prove: IT WORKS. It gives me 5-10% extra strength and makes muscles look more full. It tastes terrible and needs a hot beverage to solve well.Goes Well With:warm coffee
Dont feel you need to adhere to the 'load phase'. You will STILL feel the same effects if you dont. Its not a race. Take your 5mg at any time of the day as well. Recent studies have shown that taking it immediately pre/post workout does not turn you into the hulk any quicker than taking it 8 hours pre/post workout. Creatine is creatine at any time of the day. Enjoy it. It'll work.Goes Well With:Liquid
Still think the normal creatine monohydrate does a better job and also you can feel the changes and effect in your body faster. Goes Well With:Warm water as it dilutes better.
Creapure creatine monohydrate is the most widely researched/studied type of creatine. Does what it's supposed to, mixes pretty well. Great product.Goes Well With:Post workout with impact whey and dextrose.
Bought the watermelon flavour. Tasted amazing saw results after 2 weeks. For more supplement reviews please follow @pro.painstrength_nutrition on Instagram for much better reviewsGoes Well With:Water
