Cod Liver Oil is a rich source of the Omega 3 essential fatty acids EPA and DHA, as well as being a good source of Vitamin D and Vitamin A.
Cod Liver Oil has 70mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) which contributes to the normal function of the heart and 100mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood triglyceride levels, and the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
The Cod Liver Oil is sourced from the unpolluted fisheries of Iceland, ensuring you receive the highest quality available in its purest form. We do not use deodorised oil.
Cod Liver is an ideal supplement for anyone looking to increase their daily omega 3 intake, in particular the amount of EPA and DHA as well as the addition of vitamin D and A.

Been using the cod liver oil tablets on a daily basis as recently I have been experiencing some joint pain when lifting. After a couple of weeks using the product I can definitely feel a difference and would recommend these as an essential to anyone as part of there daily routine !
It does what it says on the tin.
Flavourless and I have felt a huge difference taking the supplement. Cheap as chips as well.
These are great essentials in a tablet which I take once a day in the morning with a fresh glass of orange juice. They help keep the joints in order with the required substances to go against all the jumps and hops I do in training. I highly recommend everyone particularly athletes to make use of these. Goes Well With:Anything, preferably drink it
These are good tablets and are easy to swallow, with no taste.Goes Well With:Water
Very good product. It helps with energy levels and overall well-being. However it takes a while to see the effects.
Basic cod liver ol tablet, low cost
Cod liver oil is essential for use with any kind of intense workout. You won't find better value for money than this product from my protein.
Good delivery and description of item!
I have a family history of OA, and these simple Cod Liver Oil capsules are easy to take, with no hassle. Taking them surly makes me feel good, at least. On top of that, it's way cheaper than other kinds. It's recommended.
Excellent value for money, excellent quality, would definitely buy again!
I've been taking Cod Liver Oil for about 6 months and I have definitely noticed subtle differences. First of all, my joints feel stronger and less prone to irritation after heavy work. The Vitamin A and Vitamin D are great for healthy skin and bones, and even though this may be a placebo effect, the old brain seems to be working a bit better too! It's the best price I've seen anywhere for these capsules too, and they are just as high quality, if not better, than pricey high street brands.Goes Well With:Anything, I have mine with breakfast.
This Cod Liver Oil is in the form of tasteless, easy to swallow capsules. It's too early to tell if they're making a difference to training and recovery yet!
What more could you ask for? It's an effective, reasonably priced supplement, that's easy to swallow and in my experience, doesn't have the fishy 'after-burps' you can get from other similar products. Defiantly recommended.
I have issues with joints and my hips but since taking these I've noticed an excellent response in movement without aches. I definitely recommend these.Goes Well With:vitamins and caffiene pro
I'm not going to knock this product because it is very good. Any product that gives you EPA/DHA is a good product - this is VERY GOOD because it is cheap - it falls in line with anyone's budget. Believe me you need to seriously consider taking EPA/DHA. This could extend your life or even save it. What price do you put on that? I am happy to promote this because if you are financially challenged a small amount of EPA/DHA is better for you than none. The more effective and higher concentrate capsules can cost five or six times the amount or more. Essentially I believe you need to take between 500 and 700 mg of EPA/DHA a day. I wouldn't go much above 700mg a day as I think this is too much. However, I believe below 300mg is too little. I guess everyone has an opinion but I researched this for some time before making my own mind up. Probably best you do too. I'll end by saying of course you can increase your EPA/DHA by taking more than one of these tablets and so increasing the EPA/DHA effect but in doing so you input into your system more of what you don't require. I buy a much more expensive option that gives me 700mg every day but then that's my choice. I don't spend so much on other things. This is a great product and if you don't take fish oils at the moment or are just considering them then this isn't a bad place to start. Go for it. Do it. Your body will thank you for it.
I take Cod Liver Oil daily. I know it's good for me so I'll keep taking them!
Great product and much cheaper than most high street shops.
The Cod Liver Oil is exactly as described and is good quality for the price.
"I usually buy the Omega 3 oil but bought this when the Omega 3 was out of stock. Fish oils are one of the few supplements I consider absolutely essential and this is a quality product for a very reasonable price. If you're at all interested in your health, you should invest in this."
