Citrulline Malate is a unique combination of the amino acid citrulline and the organic salt malate.
Citrulline aids in the removal of toxins such as lactic acid and ammonia, which are by-products of intense physical activity, protein metabolism and catabolic states.
It is ideal for people involved in high intensity exercise such as weight lifting and sprinting.

Seems to improve stamina and recovery. A definite boost for workout.Goes Well With:Milk, water
good for all round performance with no side effectsGoes Well With:take it on its own
Been using this for a while mainly for muscle pump and also some control of my blood pressure - great product would highly recommend.
Does what it's supposed to do, well! Isn't supposed to taste good, but when blended with the rest of my stack it isn't noticeable and I do get great pumps when using this.Goes Well With:BCAA's, creatine, Beta alanine
My only problem with this was that the serving size is 7 and a half scoops which seems a bit excessive, can't imagine you would get 125 servings out of it with that many scoops..
This is a very important part of my daily mix Goes Well With:My other powders
A fantastic product for anyone looking to increase power, explosiveness and strength. It mixes easy and is immediately noticeable. I like to take mine 20-30 minutes before my a.m workout and the same with my p.m workout. It takes 3-4 days to completely saturate your body, but when it does it is incredibly beneficial; my bench press 3RM went from 110kg to 117.5kg after just two weeks of using this product and my power clean 1RM went from 100kg to 105kg in the same amount of time. This product lets the gains do the talking and it is incredibly good value for money. I would however suggest buying it in bulk to save that extra bit of money. Goes Well With:Micronized Creatine Monohydrate and Beta Alanine
I accept together with Arginine (AAKG) and Citrulline Malate, effect just remarkable, inflates muscles and you isn't tired during training + restoration goes quicker. I drink more than a month and I feel that it is necessary to take a break, probably there is an accustoming.Goes Well With:Water + Arginine (AAKG) + Citrulline Malate
Works well stacked with other products. I will leave it to you to work out the best stack for yourself!Goes Well With:Water
Excellent for any preworkout recipe: take between 6 and 8 grams of this in your shake bdfore hitting the gym and you will feel greater amount of blood flowing into your muscles.Goes Well With:Preworkouts. Add beta alanine, AAKG, taurine and creatine to increase the general pump effect.
Don't really do reviews. But had too on this. When you have been training with this and do not take it you feel the difference aim to take this 3 times a day has stated. On training days aim fro 4 times 1 in the morning 1 before you train. 1 straight after you train& 1 before bed. Goes well with Bcca or protein.. Their is no taste when mixed with any of these. Have a go.Goes Well With:Bcca or protein
Verry good product for muscle recovery after strong workout...i love this product
This is a favourite of mine. I always add to my preworkout and also take on rest days. I can feel it working and makes me feel more awake on rest days as i can actually feel my blood reaching the extremeties of my body (sounds wierd but its true) great pump too. Goes Well With:Citrus
Love, love, love this product. Gives a great sustained rush that lasts a whole gym session. This and caffeine (powder) are my two favourite pre workout products. For the job it is supposed to do I prefer this over caffeine but caffeine wins overall for me due to the low price point. If you're flash for cash though choose this. I purchased it initially for gym sessions but have found it improves my time and endurance on my running days as well.Goes Well With:Gains
Quick delivery. I have used Citrulline Malate for two wks I can tell the difference. More pump from workout and you can work a little harder too. Well worth it so far Goes Well With:Water, juice
I have used this as a stack with MYPRE as well as in a stack with creatine and BCAA's. The pump is incredible. My arms look much bigger and feel as if they are going to rip through my skin. Excellent product.Goes Well With:Creatine, MYPRE, BCAAs
Too early to tell if it is effective. Bought it to lower blood pressure and have been using it for four days only.
All pre workout formulas should have this in, it will help you focus and it'll give you a rush, best taken 15 minutes before training. It also keeps going all through an Alactic training session. Do some research, it's the daddy.Goes Well With:Juice, as it's very bitter
I was taking a pre workout that had 5g of citrulline malate in it but it was a wee bit pricey. When it ran out I switched to a cheaper one and noticed it wasn't as effective. Eventually I compared the ingredients and while the bcaas were the same the citrulline malate and beta alanine were much lower. So I now take these separately. This definitely makes a difference for longer, more cardio/higher volume workouts. I sometimes mix it with other stuff but on it's own it's fine. Tastes pretty sour, very lemony but not unpleasant at all.Goes Well With:Beta alanine, a couple of espressos
I take this first thing in the morning with as little water as possible, 15 minutes before my pre-workout shake of total protein, oats, seeds, creatine, leucine, etc. blended with coconut milk and water. Admittedly, it taste like bile... very acidic; that's why I take 6-7g in a mouthful of water, so I can get it down quick. I'm not complaining about the taste, as it's the effect I'm looking for and it certainly has the desired one... I workout an hour after downing this. The 'pump' is noticable after working whichever muscle group for a couple of sets, but I find that the increased strength comes towards the last set. I have seen an improvement in weight I can move and I've only been taking this a couple of months. Definitely one of the best supplements I have tried so far, as in instantly noticable physical effect, especially on my biceps, which feel massive after 5 minutes.Goes Well With:Mouthful of water and Alpha Lipoic Acid
